Editorial Policy
This policy explains how WellnessDrive researches, writes, reviews, updates and corrects content for readers in the United States.
Last updated: September 16, 2026
1. Editorial purpose
WellnessDrive publishes independent informational reviews of wellness products and dietary supplements. Our purpose is to organize relevant product information, place promotional claims in context and help readers identify the conditions they should verify before making a decision.
We do not publish as the manufacturer, seller or official representative of the products reviewed.
2. Our review process
- Examine the offer. We review publicly available product pages, ingredient information, usage directions, warnings, prices, package options, shipping details and seller policies where available.
- Separate facts from claims. We distinguish identifiable product details from statements made by the manufacturer or seller.
- Add context and limitations. We explain material cautions, evidence limitations, purchase conditions and questions a reader should verify.
- Review for clarity. Content is checked for understandable language, affiliate transparency and consistency with our standards.
- Date and update. Time-sensitive observations are dated, and material changes may lead to revision.
3. Sources and evidence
Depending on the topic, our sources may include:
- the product label and seller's official product or policy pages;
- public ingredient and usage disclosures;
- government and regulatory resources;
- peer-reviewed research and recognized health institutions; and
- public company, contact, pricing, shipping and return information.
Not every product claim has strong clinical evidence. We do not treat marketing statements as proof merely because they appear on a sales page.
4. Product and health claims
When a statement originates from a seller or manufacturer, we aim to attribute or characterize it accordingly. We avoid presenting individual results, promotional testimonials or seller projections as guaranteed outcomes.
We do not claim that a dietary supplement diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents disease unless such a statement is properly supported and legally permitted. Content is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
5. Prices and commercial terms
Prices, inventory, discounts, shipping, taxes, subscription conditions, guarantees and return policies can change. Reviews should state when relevant commercial details were observed and direct readers to verify the final checkout and seller terms.
When a seller displays a per-unit price, we aim to distinguish it from the package total. We also seek to make recurring billing or subscription conditions visible when identified.
6. Affiliate relationships
WellnessDrive may receive compensation when a reader follows an affiliate link and completes a qualifying action. This support does not make us the seller and does not guarantee favorable coverage.
Pages with affiliate links should provide a visible disclosure. Compensation, commissions and commercial relationships do not permit a partner to purchase a specific editorial conclusion. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
7. Independence and conflicts
Our editorial content should clearly preserve WellnessDrive's identity and avoid suggesting that a review is an official manufacturer page. When a relevant financial or commercial relationship could reasonably affect a reader's interpretation, we aim to disclose it.
Images, product names and trademarks may be used for identification and commentary; ownership remains with their respective rights holders.
8. Safety and responsible presentation
Supplement suitability depends on the individual. Reviews should identify material warnings available to us and encourage consultation with a qualified healthcare professional, especially for pregnancy or nursing, medication use, allergies, medical conditions or use by children.
We avoid urgency, fear or unsupported certainty as substitutes for useful product information.
9. Corrections
We aim for accuracy, but mistakes and outdated information can occur. When we confirm a material factual error, we may correct the page and update its review date or explanatory language. Minor spelling, formatting and clarity edits may be made without a separate correction notice.
To request a correction, use our Contact page and include:
- the exact page URL;
- the statement you believe is inaccurate;
- the proposed correction; and
- a reliable supporting source.
10. Updates and review frequency
We prioritize updates when a seller changes a significant price, formula, warning, purchase condition or return policy, or when reliable new information materially affects the review. We cannot guarantee that every external change will be reflected immediately, so readers should verify time-sensitive details with the seller.
11. Reader-generated information
If WellnessDrive later allows comments, surveys or reader submissions, individual experiences will not be treated as scientific evidence or guaranteed typical results. We may moderate or decline content that is deceptive, abusive, unlawful, promotional or contains sensitive personal information.
12. Artificial intelligence and editorial tools
We may use digital tools, including automated or AI-assisted tools, to support organization, drafting, translation, quality checks or technical publishing. Such assistance does not remove our responsibility to review content for clarity, source alignment, disclosures and compliance with this policy before publication.
